Scholarships and fees at 3iL
The CROUS grant
Who is it for? Domestic students on an integrated preparatory program or an engineering degree program.
Students on the Expert Programmes (Bac +3 ASRC & CDWFS, Bac +5 EADL & ERIS) are not eligible for the CROUS means-tested grant.
The CROUS grant is a higher education grant awarded on the basis of means-tested criteria. It is awarded to students facing financial difficulties that prevent them from starting or continuing their higher education studies.
The admission criteria:
- be under 28 years of age on 1 September of the academic year;
- be enrolled on a course that accepts students receiving grants (list of courses eligible for the grant);
- Meet the means-tested criteria: your grant entitlement is calculated taking into account your parents’ income, the number of dependent children they have, and the distance between your parents’ home and your place of study.

The 3iL Scholarship
Who is it for? First-year students on the integrated preparatory course.
In partnership with 2ISAE, 3iL has set up a scholarship scheme based on academic achievement, social circumstances and geographical location. 3iL thus covers between 25 and 100 per cent of the tuition fees for students from the regions who are entering the first year of the integrated preparatory course.
These scholarships are awarded following an assessment of each applicant’s application, which takes three criteria into account :
- social criteria;
- the area of responsibility, which covers Haute-Vienne (87), Creuse (23), Corrèze (19), Indre (36), Vienne (86), Dordogne (24) and Charente (16)
- academic results.
This funding is made possible thanks to our partner, 2iSAE.
The 3iL Scholarship for Academic Excellence
Who is it for? Students in Year 2 of the integrated preparatory program, in Years 1, 2 and 3 of the Expert Programme, or in Year 1 of the engineering program.
Following the release of the first-term results, 3iL awards an excellence scholarship to the student who has achieved the highest marks in their year group and demonstrated exemplary conduct
The 3iElles Scholarship
Who is it for? First-year students on the Integrated Foundation Programme and first-year students on the Cybersecurity Expert Programme.
A scholarship of €2,000 is awarded to the top five female students on each of these two courses, and is deducted from their tuition fees in the first year.
