In September 2026,<strong> 3iL Ing\u00e9nieurs will launch a cohort of work-study students at its Nantes campus, in partnership with Thales, a world leader in high technology.<\/strong> This unique programme, which guarantees applicants to 3iL Ing\u00e9nieurs a place on the engineering course under an apprenticeship contract within Thales\u2019 teams, is aimed particularly at female candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"a-unique-opportunity-a-turnkey-work-study-scheme-at-thales\" class=\"wp-block-heading alignmedium\">A unique opportunity: a turnkey work-study scheme at Thales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph alignmedium\" id=\"p-rc_9018c36d12379c39-34\">This strategic partnership enables students to join an internationally renowned company as soon as they begin their engineering degree. The three-year programme (Bac+3 to Bac+5) will commence in September 2026 at 3iL Ing\u00e9nieurs (Nantes campus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph alignmedium\" id=\"p-rc_9018c36d12379c39-35\">Prospective apprentices will benefit from a balanced work-study programme, alternating between 6 weeks of theoretical study and<strong> 8 weeks of work placement at one of Thales\u2019s sites in France<\/strong>. In addition, an international placement is planned for the third year, in the form of a study semester or a dual degree, ensuring the global outlook that is essential for the engineers of tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"promoting-women-in-engineering-a-priority-mission\" class=\"wp-block-heading alignmedium\">Promoting women in engineering: a priority mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph alignmedium\" id=\"p-rc_9018c36d12379c39-36\">One of the cornerstones of this project is a strong commitment to attracting female talent to careers in the digital sector. This intake has been specifically designed to consist<strong> predominantly of women.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph alignmedium\" id=\"p-rc_9018c36d12379c39-37\">Why this choice? The digital sector is sorely lacking in women, even though diversity is a key driver of innovation. This initiative therefore aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list alignmedium\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>To foster an inclusive group dynamic to enable female students <\/strong>to flourish fully in their studies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>To encourage people to pursue careers in this field<\/strong> by demonstrating that high-level technical careers are fully accessible to women<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>To build confidence and ambition <\/strong>by helping future female engineers to develop their professional mindset right from the start of their studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph alignmedium\" id=\"p-rc_9018c36d12379c39-41\">This program forms an integral part of 3iL\u2019s engineering degree program. It meets the same academic standards and technical requirements, and leads to the award of the same degree. It is an environment designed to foster the success and development of female talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"required-profiles-and-registration-details\" class=\"wp-block-heading alignmedium\">Required profiles and registration details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph alignmedium\" id=\"p-rc_9018c36d12379c39-42\">This program is aimed at students who hold (or are in the process of obtaining) a minimum of<strong> two years\u2019 higher education in computer science.<\/strong> The profiles we are looking for include, in particular, graduates from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list alignmedium\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>BUT<\/strong>&nbsp;: Informatique, GEII, R\u00e9seaux et T\u00e9l\u00e9communications, MMI, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>BTS<\/strong>&nbsp;: SIO, CIEL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph alignmedium\" id=\"p-rc_9018c36d12379c39-45\">Selection is based on an application and a motivational interview.
